🎶 Bamboo Idiomount – A round, mbira-like instrument with a hollow resonator cavity and two opposing rows of bamboo tines. It produces a crisp, raspy, and textured sound, recorded with three stereo mic positions (internal, close, and room).

🎵 Big Wooden Kalimba – A large trapezoidal chamber with wooden tongues that generate a lush, deep bass and a dreamy, percussive pluck. Recorded with close and room mic positions, it offers both finger plucks and stick taps for added tonal variety.

🎼 Woodkal (Small Wood K) – A three-octave lamellaphone with thin, flat wooden tongues that produce tight, raspy plucks with spacious overtones. Its low-end warmth adds a cinematic depth, making it perfect for layered melodic passages and rhythmic sequences.
